Thank you for all of my clients for choosing me! I have become extremely busy and all of our time is valuable which means i will now  at Luxus Clinical Esthetics requires at least 48 hours notice for canceling or reschedule any appointments to 

allow us time to fill in the slot, any cancellation made within 48 hours advance notice will be chargeable 

50% of the treatment price. Any appointments canceled on the day of your session will be charge the full 

cost of the scheduled service and it will be automatically charge to the credit card on file.

NO CALL / NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGEABLE THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE, AND IT WILL

BE CHARGE ON THE CREDIT CARD THAT WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. Late Arrival Policy: there is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes we cannot guarantee that you will 

receive 100% of the treatment provided.

Regrettably i have to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of NO ARRIVALS/SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS i have had,which is turn cost money per month and its not fair to my other clients that wanted to come in, and there were no appointments availiable!
